BGAI worked with members of IBEW Local 530 to develop new offices and a training centre in Point Edward, ON. The project involved renovating the existing building to provide a larger, open-concept, energy-efficient facility for members, retirees and new apprentices. The updated spaces included a workshop, conference room, meeting space, waiting / reception area, offices, classrooms and support spaces. This facility was designed to allow its users to receive hands-on training in a modern and sustainable learning environment.
